Security deposit The security deposit of EUR 400 for one week rental will be payable upon on arrival, and used against utilities, final cleaning/laundry, telephone and Wireless Internet connection. Cash, travellers cheques or cashiers cheque only. The security deposit, after expenses (utilities, final cleaning/laundry, telephone, Internet) will be returned upon departure, either in cash or travellers checks.
Arrivals: Check-in time between 2:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., late arrivals between 7:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. are charged €50 to be paid locally. Unfortunately arrivals after 11:00 p.m cannot be catered for. Early and late arrivals must be organized in advance on special request.
