See the apartment
I am just writing to thank you and your colleague for all your
help in
organising
our apartment in Rome last week. We had a wonderful time and the
apartment was fantastic! It was a lovely holiday and we would definitely
look to use your services

Wow! I just wanted to let you know that my wife and I had a wonderful
time in Rome last week and were very impressed with Piazza di Spagna
Luxe.
The apartment far exceeded our expectations (which were already
high) and was exactly what we were looking for. The pride of the
owners in their apartment really shows. We were pleasantly surprised
to be treated to three bottles of Italian wine by the owners (white,
red & sparkling!), not to mention many other items in the well
stocked kitchen.
Incredibly well equipped - 3 tv's, vcr, dvd, stereo, washer/dryer,
phone, top quality linens, robes, etc... I highly recommend this
apartment, not only for its first class accommodations, but for
its superb location with easy access to attractions, shops, restaurants
and the metro. We hope to visit again in the near future. Thank
you again for making our trip a memorable one.

Just got back to reality and thought you might like some feedback
on r21.
The owner and her housekeeper were on hand to meet us upon arrival.
Both are quite charming, and the housekeeper, especially, is indispensable.
I've rented apartments in Europe at least half a dozen times and
I never have experienced such an hospitable welcome. The owner had
champagne sent over. She encouraged us to use everything in the
flat, which was unusually well equipped. The electronics were state
of the art.
