Booking guide

Please follow the steps below to book your apartment.

Step 1 - check availability

Use our online enquiry form to check the availability of the apartment. We will contact you by email to confirm that the apartment is free, and invite you to proceed with booking.

Step 2 - make a booking

Once your apartment is confirmed and you have been sent the link to the booking form, you should then make your booking within three days. Any special request, such as extra beds, cots, maid service or taxi transfer, should be advised at this time. Please note that late arrivals (after 8pm) may attract a late arrival charge and need to be checked with the local contact - please ask us if this will affect you.

Please book your apartment as follows:

  1. Please start by reading our booking conditions and disclaimer.
  2. Make your booking using our online secure booking form. Click the button below to open the form in a new browser window.
  • You can check the cost of your apartment, and when payments are to be made, by looking at the apartment's details page. You are advised to print out and keep the page for future reference.
  • If you prefer not to book online, you can download, print out and fax the booking form to us. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, you can send the booking form by post. Please follow this link to download the form.

Step 3 - finally...

On receipt of your booking form and deposit, you will receive, in approximately 10 days, a booking confirmation and financial statement. This confirmation will show the full address (and telephone number if applicable) of the apartment you have booked, and the name and telephone number of the owner or local representative, whom you should contact 7/10 days prior to departure to advise your expected arrival time. It will also show the balance of your holiday cost and the method of payment, either by sterling cheque before departure, or in cash, by Eurocheque or travellers cheques on arrival in Italy. This will be advised to you before booking, and confirmed in writing.

The confirmation will also show the amount of the security deposit. We do not process this payment, but hold credit card authority for the deposit amount to cover telephone expenses or breakages.

All prices are fully inclusive of gas, electricity, sheets and towels and final cleaning, unless otherwise stated. There are no hidden extras to pay. One linen change per week is provided. Telephone charges are extra.
